Paulmann has been passionate about light since 1978.

That means for everyone at Paulmann: we make the perfect lights for our customers and for every room. All our lamps and luminaires live up to that promise. With more than 3.000 products and lighting systems, we assist our customers with great ideas, good advice and easy to follow assembly instructions, so that they can make their lighting dreams reality.

Paulmann Licht is a family-run company based in Springe, Germany. We also have offices, representatives and activities in around 40 countries worldwide.

We humans are dependent on vision and therefore on light. Light not only stages our rooms and provides orientation, but it also has a strong influence on mood and well-being. That's why we see our products as much more than just aesthetic furnishings. Light is our job! We improve the quality of living for our customers. This is why we develop our products.

We employ a team of 400 all across Europe, of which 260 are employed at our headquarters in Springe/Völksen. All of them believe in our primary mission to create unique lighting ideas for everyone. This team makes Paulmann is a dynamic family business with a business culture based on teamwork.

The company culture at Paulmann Licht was shaped to a large part by our founder Rüdiger Paulmann. The deep respect felt by successor generations of shareholders for his work has helped create the following values for today and the future, which in turn have defined a framework for our continued successful entrepreneurial activity.

Our state-of-the-art logistics centre ensures quick deliveries

That we can guarantee for our logistics centre, which we planned in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics. Lamps and luminaires you order via our online shop will reach you after 1-3 days, provided your order was received on a work day (Monday to Friday) by 1 pm (CET). Our logistics department can dispatch 360 parcels per hour. We will inform you of the receipt of your order by email immediately, and you will receive another message, once your order was processed successfully.
