Paulmann Licht Terms and conditions - Advent Calendar giveaway 2024
The T&C apply to the participation in the giveaway promotion “Paulmann Advent Calendar 2024” (in the following “the promotion”).
1. Organiser
The promotion is organised by Paulmann Licht GmbH, Quezinger Feld 2, 31832 Springe-Völksen, Germany (in the following “Paulmann”).
2. Duration of the promotion
The promotion will take place during the time period between December 1 and December 24, 2024 inclusively.
3. Eligibility
All natural persons of legal age may participate. Exempt are Paulmann employees and any other profit-sharing companies and their employees.
Only one participation per person and day is permitted. Multiple submissions on the same day, specifically using multiple email addresses is strictly prohibited, as are any other manipulative actions and will result in immediate exclusion from the promotion.
4. Procedure of the promotion
Participation in the competition is done by registering at www.paulmann.com and providing an e-mail address via the competition form. Once the form is submitted, the participant will receive an email from Paulmann to confirm subscription to our free Paulmann newsletter. Upon confirmation, the participant will receive information regarding our product range and exclusive discount promotions. Each newsletter contains a link at the bottom, via which the subscription can be cancelled at any time. Participation in our promotion and the chances for winning are independent of a newsletter subscription.
5. Winnings
We will be giving away a product from the current Paulmann range every day. Paulmann Licht will inform the winners by email and ask for their postal address. The products will be shipped free of charge. No cash payment or exchange of winnings possible. Winnings are non-transferable.
6. Privacy Policy
To enter the competition, you need to provide personal data such as title, surname, first name and email address. To enter the competition, it is essential that all the information you provide is true and accurate so that we can inform you if you win. By registering, the participant expressly agrees that Paulmann Licht GmbH may save the necessary data for this purpose.
By logging in to the free newsletter, the participant agrees that Paulmann Licht GmbH may save the necessary data and send information by e-mail regularly and at any time, in accordance with our data protection declaration. Participants can revoke their consent to the storage of their data and thus withdraw from the competition at any time by sending an email to newsletter@paulmann.de. No other transfer or disclosure of personal data to third parties or trading in personal data takes place.
7. Early termination of the promotion
Paulmann reserves the right to terminate the promotion if for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or defective hardware/software) a proper conduct of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed.
8. Liability
Paulmann shall not accept any liability unless Paulmann or its agents have caused damage through gross negligence or intent, or have breached an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty). In case of minor negligence with regards to cardinal duties, Paulmann will accept liability only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health, and for fraudulent concealment of a defect shall remain unaffected. The same shall apply for liability in accordance with the Product Liability Act.
9. Other
Legal recourse is excluded.
