Indirect lighting – absolutely glare-free
Indirect lighting is a clever decorative tool of interior decorators.
Direct light doesn't need much explaining. It comes from a direct, visible light source, for example a reading luminaire. Direct light isn’t necessarily the best choice for a cosy ambiance.
Instead, you should go for indirect lighting to create the mood you are aiming for. The light source should be invisible, and its light should be spread uniformly across the walls and ceiling.
Indirect light is created by a concealed light source shining onto a bright wall, from where it is then reflected. You might say the light is scattered and distributed gently across the room. LED strips and LED light bars are perfect for indirect lighting.
