The Neda solar house number light, measuring 163x226mm with 18 lm, is particularly well-suited for exterior walls where there is none of the direct electrical connection. Illuminated house numbers make it easier for guests and mail carriers to find the correct number in the dark. The solar light can be easily placed anywhere. The battery charges during the day using sunlight and then releases the stored energy to power the lights. The lights switch on automatically via the twilight sensor. The house number is illuminated at 20% of its light output after dusk. As soon as someone approaches and movement is detected within the sensor’s range, the light switches to 100% for 15 seconds. This means it serves not only as house number lighting but also as a wall light. The solar light emits a warm golden light (2200 K) with a low blue component. According to studies, warm, long-wavelength light generally attracts fewer nocturnal insects than cool white light. The warm golden light creates a pleasant atmosphere around the house.
