Both on the wall and on the Decke, the round Lamina panel with its white frame and white inner surface emits flat, warm white light. The additional background light creates a pleasant atmosphere and sets the wall/Decke particularly in scene. It contributes to better orientation in the dark and ensures more safety. In the basic setting, the panels shine with 20 % brightness and 2,200 Kelvin. As soon as someone approaches, the outdoor light is switched to 100 % brightness and 3,000 Kelvin by the built-in motion detector. After about 30 seconds, it switches back to the stored light color and brightness. If desired, the orientation light can also be deactivated via the wall switch, in which case the lights are only switched via the motion detector. The motion detector can also be deactivated, in which case the lights are only switched on and off by the twilight sensor. The solar lights produce warm gold light (2200 K) with a low blue component. According to studies, warm, long-wave light generally attracts fewer nocturnal insects than cool white light.
